Specialising in sales and property management within the northern suburbs of Perth, this Agency has been a long-term client of GOUGH since we opened our doors! Housing a leading sales team, the focus for 2023 is to really take their property management division to the next level.
The Role
- Assisting the Property Managers on approximately 350 x properties
- Properties are close proximity to the office
- General Property Management administration
- Assisting with maintenance
- Tenant enquiries
- Previous experience in real estate preferred (admin/property management)
- Intermediate MS Office skills & Tech Savy to navigate CRM (Property Me)
- Personal accountability & compliant with procedures & processes
- Reliability to work unattended out on the road & time management
- Ability to deliver high-end customer service to owners and tenants
- Property Management Registration essential
