A fantastic opportunity to join a leading agency in Maroubra working as a leasing consultant. We are looking for someone who has a passion for real estate and is a team player. This role will see you prospecting into a Junior Property Manager and learning from the best in the business!
Tasks & responsibilities include:
- Arranging & conducting open home and private inspections
- Responding to inquiries
- Ingoing condition reports
- Routine Inspections
- Support to the Senior Property Manager
- General office duties
The Candidate:
- Previous Real Estate Leasing experience is preferred however not essential
- Must have a current Driver's license and registered vehicle
- Must have excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
