Assistant Property Manager

Keymax Property Group are a boutique property development and asset management company located on Brisbane’s Northside, focused on providing outstanding services to our stakeholders and clients.

We are currently looking for an Assistant Property Manager who is a highly motivated self-starter to join our team to assist our Property Manager to manage our commercial & residential asset portfolio.

Based in a fantastic, modern work environment at our North Lakes Office, you will be part of a small, hard-working & friendly team with plenty of support and expertise to guide you. Our properties are located in close proximity to the office in North Lakes so there is little travel required.

Tasks include:
- Co-ordinate property management tasks and act as the main point of contact for tenants
- Manage ad-hoc maintenance and repairs
- Arrange routine maintenance and servicing, and schedule professional inspections, testing and training to ensure compliance requirements are met
- Handle incoming & outgoing tenants
- Regular inspections at properties and annual routine inspections within tenancies including reports

Skills and Experience:
- No experience required
- Impeccable presentation and excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work autonomously and run an end-to-end portfolio on your own
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn and assist with ad-hoc duties
- Strong computer literacy
- Own car & driver’s licence
