The division employs more than 3600 team members.What you'll do:The Digital Campaign & Content Lead, driven by a passion for engaging content, will lead all aspects of the website content strategy, with a primary focus on increasing customer engagement and experience to drive sales. The role will be responsible for creating compelling health and beauty content for the website and executing effective campaigns across Wesfarmers Health brands, including priceline.com.au

• Website content strategy development and execution to deliver growth using SEO optimised engaging content across blogs, landing pages and all website components
• Customer led content creation, publication and campaign management to ensure seamless customer experience on the website
• Lead and collaborate effectively to bring website campaigns to life, overseeing all aspects of website content from brief to build and reporting

What you'll bring:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on web content creation and campaign management
• Demonstrated understanding of web usability, eCommerce and online customer experience
• Proven experience in website content management and maintenance in an eCommerce environment
• Experience in developing digital content strategy and bringing multiple web campaigns to life
• Hands on experience using eCommerce Content Management Systems, such as Smart Edit
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other analytics tools for website performance tracking, data analysis, and reporting
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS for basic website customisation and optimisation, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers for more complex tasks
• Critical and objective thinker with strong, cross functional problem-solving skills
• Experience in managing and supporting direct reports
• High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to change tact to suit an audience / situation
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead website projects and initiatives
• Experience in the retail industry, with an understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements (desired)
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Web Development or related field.
