The Role:
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, this position will assist in the smooth running of the location, from rostering to team coaching. This is a hands-on role- ARMs will work Front-of-House, at the cooking station, and on the floor, as well as do some admin. But don't worry, for busy locations, you will have other ARMs to help you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly customer service
- Work across front-of-house, on the floor, and at the cooking station
- Some light admin, such as team rostering and assisting the Manager with budget, KPI and P&L reporting
- Coaching the team and promoting a positive culture
- Ensure safety and hygiene standards are adhered to and maintained
- Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Ability to engage people & drive high performance
- Adaptable, flexible and energetic
- Passion & experience in achieving great customer outcomes
- Strong communication skills and commercial acumen
