Greca, a Greek taverna aims to create a place that brings the high energy and fun of the Greek islands to our prime spot on the Brisbane River. Our menu takes a modern approach to Greek dishes and is accompanied by a drinks list of smashable cocktails and Australian and European wines.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our exceptional team. Looking after our guests is what we do, and we believe that by fostering a fun and supportive work environment, our staff are able to do what they do best: provide amazing service that keeps people coming back. We are open for lunch and dinner 7 days with a great size management team, so we are able to provide flexibility in rosters.

The right person will:
- Have a positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn

- Strong understanding of Food and Beverage Operations and a keen interest in developing these skills

- Have 2-3 years experience in similar role/setting
