Overlooking the Oasis pool and the ninth hole of the Palm Meadows Golf Course, The Green Dining restaurant and The Green Bar welcomes our guests, and extensive conference facilities host a range of exciting events.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated leader to join our team, who will report to, and working collaboratively with, the Food & Beverage Services Manager. This role is key to bringing the Resort's casual dining concepts to life while leading and inspiring the team, instilling a culture of guest passion, and drive financial performance.
This role will work across The Green Dining restaurant and bar, Conferencing & Events, The Cart takeaway, and the seasonal poolside Oasis Bar.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- A leader genuinely passionate for providing exceptional customer service, motivated to train and develop a team to share this enthusiasm,
- Excellent communication skills, and high standard of grooming and personal presentation,
- Previous leadership experience in hospitality with a focus on guest service and team engagement, including the ability to train others on their "in trend" product knowledge for wine, cocktails, and barista skills,
- Previous experience in Restaurant, Bar, and Conference & Events will be highly regarded,
- Computer literate with strong administration skills, with experience in ResDiary, Micros Applications and Opera PMS highly regarded,
- The ability and flexibility to work across a seven day rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays,
- Currently hold, or be willing and able to obtain, both Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV) certificates.
