About the role
For this role, you will report directly to the Area/Store Manager. We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive candidate for this role. Key responsibilities and involvement include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining restaurant presentation, cleanliness and maintenance
- Maintaining efficient operating procedures in managing cost of goods and wages
- Staff rostering
- Stock ordering
- Implementing training programs, company policies and standard operating procedures
- Engaging with customers and handling feedback.
- Additional tasks and projects as required by the your Manager.
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in hospitality, particularly within high volume operations
- Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in hospitality
- A team focused attitude and the ability to lead by example.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
