Assistant Restaurant Managers | Restaurant Managers MelbourneWe are seeking Assistant Restaurant Managers and Restaurant Managers with experience in casual and premium dining to join some amazing businesses across Melbourne. Assist Management in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, and inventory management. Provide leadership and guidance, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures and deliver high-quality service. Supervise activities in the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and customer interactions. Recruitment- hiring, and training new employees, and provide ongoing coaching and development to existing staff members. Collaborate with the kitchen to maintain food quality and consistency, and ensure timely preparation and service of meals. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies, conducting regular stock counts, and minimising waste. Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
