Working alongside a successful and well respected Senior Sales Consultant, Senior Auctioneer and Partner of our business, you will be provided with hands on experience, a wealth of real estate knowledge, know how and mentoring as you continue to develop the skills needed to create a long lasting career.
As an Assistant Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting our Sales Consultant throughout the entire sales process, from listing to settlement.
- Collaborating with solicitors and vendors.
- Contributing to successful property opens and auctions.
- Nurturing and expanding our valuable client databases.
- Handling general administrative tasks.
To excel in this role, you must hold your Agents Representative or Certificate IV in Property, embody a strong work ethic, exude approachability, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective time management is key.
We're seeking someone who is proactive, adaptable, and maintains a positive 'can-do' attitude. Experience in real estate with proficiency in Box & Dice database management, PDOL, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is a plus.
