The Role:
We are on the hunt for multiple sales professionals who will spearhead the strategic expansion of our various client's market presence in various construction markets, including but not limited to Commercial, Civil, and Residential sectors. Leveraging your industry expertise and networking skills, you will identify new business opportunities, forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to penetrate and grow the Commercial, Civil, and Residential market segments.
- Identify prospective clients and establish long-term partnerships with construction companies, contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve business objectives.
- Drive product awareness and promote the value proposition of our extensive range of Building Products.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the construction industry, particularly in Building Products.
- Strong understanding of the commercial, civil, and residential construction sectors and their respective market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results and meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
