KEN MILLS TOYOTA, an award-winning dealership based across two stunning Sunshine Coast locations, is looking for an exceptional Assistant Service Manager to join its team.
Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in an automotive service environment, be customer focused and possess a strong sense of integrity. They must be self-motivated, with great communication and leadership skills. This role will provide an opportunity to lead, inspire and mentor the customer facing team while working closely with the Service Manager and the Workshop team. A focus on continual improvement in both customer service levels and dealership profitability and commitment to excellence are pivotal to this role.
