Our Spa – Doncaster

Situated within the Westfield Shopping Centre you will find our beautiful Doncaster endota spa, featuring fantastic food & café options, as well as an on-site gym and cinema. Accessible via the Eastern Freeway and public transport options direct to Box Hill train station.

Boasting 7 treatment rooms, we specialise in massage, facials, spa packages and a full list of beauty treatments. We offer the latest in advanced skin technology such as Light Therapy (LED), Clinical peels, Hydro-Microdermabrasion and Electro-Mesotherapy.

Your Role 

endota Assistant Spa Managers are passionate about supporting the Spa Manager to lead and inspire their team of therapists and are champions of our endota values - Intent, Connect, Truth and Balance.

In your role as Assistant Spa Manager, you will utilise your beauty knowledge and professional expertise to deliver high quality treatments and skincare advice, prescribing your client’s needs and offering products/ solutions that will achieve your KPIs. Your management experience will assist the Spa Manager in the overall day-to-day operation of the spa. Your exceptional level of customer service will provide an immersive experience for our clients on their wellness journey.

Your Skills & Experience

As an endota therapist, you are willing to share your time, experience, and expertise – not only for the good of others, but for your own personal satisfaction and growth.

• You hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy with previous industry experience
• You are interested in further personal and professional development 
• You have strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation standards.
• You have availability to work late nights and weekends.
• You have previous experience managing and supporting a team of dedicated therapists
• You will be as passionate about the endota brand as we are and share our core values and philosophy
• You are motivated to achieve KPIs and inspire others with your customer service focus
• You are highly organised and exhibit great time management skills.

Whilst it is our preference to recruit and employ from the local labour market, we will consider applicants who are already in Australia and hold a visa with work rights.
