We are looking for an experienced and passionate Beauty Therapist to become our 2IC to join the endota Hampton team! This is a part time or Full time opportunity - candidates must be available for 1 late night and Saturdays. (Can negotiate to have a Sat off & alternate with manager every few weeks after settling in role).
Your role will include but not be limited to;
- Assisting Manager on reception on RDO & 1 evening.
- Admin duties ie. Reporting, Start/End of day procedures
- Assisting with rostering and payroll
- Professional product stocktake and ordering
- Helping Manager with driving spa budgets and therapist budgets
- Performing all treatments a few days per week
- Attending Levels 1-4 training through online platform & assessments
- Being the manager's right hand gal
- Owning back of house & being a great role model for the team!

Skills and experience
- You will need a Diploma in Beauty Therapy
- Be able to design treatment/skin care programs for clients and home care recommendations
- Customer service experience in retail/hospitality and/or trades
