Qualifications & experience

• Diploma Qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• Understanding of day spa, beauty/wellness and massage industry. endota spa experience beneficial but not essential.
• Communication confidence to welcome clients, rebook clients and educate clients when offering aftercare advice post treatment.
• Leadership skills to train and mentor team members to continue to develop their professional skills and exceed endota treatment expectations.
• Passion for skin care and wellness products with ability to educate clients and team members.
• Ability to vary treatment room work with training management plans, reception/point of sale duties and general spa health/safety/security checklists.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Willingness to be flexible with the team and in return benefit from a business/team culture focused on personal wellness and professional rewards.
• Varied shifts available, negotiable rotating roster including one evening a week until 8pm and at least 2 Saturdays a month to ensure all team members are catered for with regard to work/life balance.
• Welcoming and knowledgeable communication with consumers and spa guests to assess client needs prior to and post treatment or for home care products.
• Friendly communication with the spa team, demonstrating pride in your work and leading by example as an industry leader/professional mentor.
• Assist education of front of house and back of house team - treatment knowledge, skin care/product knowledge and gift package 
• Motivate individuals to reach KPI’s and be their best professional selves.
• Be a leader demonstrating organisation, daily/weekly/monthly planning to effectively manage development of individuals and business/team progression
• Communicate marketing offers and treatment/product launches with team 
• Excel in time management and productivity; utilising treatment time and breaks in between clients to maintain treatment room hygiene and spa presentation
• Use of Zenoti Point of Sale, Inventory and Schedulw system - training provided but experience beneficial.
• Retail of gift cards, wellness programs and skin care including gift packs and wellbeing range
• Recommend personalised treatment plans for clients.
