The candidates primary focus will be to assist our high performing sales team with administrative duties but also having the opportunity to learn assistant agent tasks where they can go out and assistant the selling agents out in the marketplace.
Real estate experience in a similar role is preferred however experience in a customer service, marketing role would be an advantage.
Duties will include:
- Using our existing client management software to communicate with buyers, sellers and prospective clients via phone and email
- Completing set administration tasks
- Creating and Designing marketing for the agents
- Attending valuations, pest and building inspections, buyer appointments and assisting open home inspections when needed
- Assist the Selling Principal with his daily tasks both in the office and out of the office

The position available is based out of our Tweed City office at Tweed Heads South so living close by will certainly be an advantage. All training will be provided.
