Our Client is one of Australia's leading retail hearing health providers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to change lives by supporting customers and their families living with a hearing loss.
Key Objectives
- Drive lead generation daily by talking to potential customers at our Chirnside Park, Brandon Park, Keilor and Mill Park stores
- Approach and greet line customers by inviting them into the store with a view to obtaining a sale.
- Coach your team to generate leads and interact daily with customers
- Support the store Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers
- Complete the day-to-day operations of the store
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets
- An outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable engaging with potential customers on a daily basis
- Previous retail experience meeting and exceeding business targets and KPIs
- A passion for face-to-face customer conversations and engagement
- Availability to work retail hours on a rotating roster
- Basic computer literacy
