The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic Livestock Administration Team, located in our Head Office at Rose Park, where you will play a crucial role in the daily operations.
To be suitable for this role, you should have prior experience in a similar administration role, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, or costing analysis along with a comprehensive understanding of livestock and the industry. This experience will equip you with the skills necessary for success.
About The Role
- Entering livestock bookings and creating associated costings
- Issue feedback sheets to buyers, agents and vendors
- Entering financial data into Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
- Updating pricing grids
- Preparing reports as and when required
- Handling vendor enquiries
What We Are Looking For?
- Prior experience in a similar administration role, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, or costing analysis
- The ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent Communication Skills
