Assistant Store Manager

Provide support, drive lead generation & assist with total oversight of daily operational requirements. Enjoy 1 full weekend off every 4 weeks.

THE COMPANY

They aim to change the widespread opinion that hearing checks and screening are timely and expensive by providing quick and effective services that begin with an initial conversation at the greetline.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager is responsible for helping to drive lead generation from the greetline and schedule appointments with the clinician. This person will also work alongside Screening Officers and Mobile Screening Officers, motivating the team to achieve business targets and financial outcomes for the business on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This role would be suited to someone who is highly interactive, with a dynamic and bubbly personality and is used to being on their feet all day.

THE ESSENTIALS

• Experience with or a strong understanding of KPIs and motivation techniques to set and goals
• Proven experience leading and managing a team
• Excellent customer service and administration skill with a natural empathetic nature and the ability to have sensitive conversations with clients around their hearing health
• Can collaborate effectively with a focus on team success
• This role does not hold a clinical requirement, however, an understanding of hearing health and available solutions would be advantageous.
