You may be eligible for HELP/HECS assistance if you are working in a very remote location –Teachers and school administrators employed at Djugerari Remote Community School in 2024 are eligible to receive an of $5,000 (pa, gross – to be adjusted pro rata for FTE and tenure). Eligible staff will receive a percentage of this payment on commencement at the school, with the remainder paid at the end of the school year. Staff must remain employed in the location until the end of the school year to be eligible to receive the second payment.The ARI payment is in addition to other incentives that may apply in this school.About the roleThe successful applicant should ideally possess warm and caring characteristics, with a passion and dedication for teaching our early learners, in addition to having a great rapport with our middle and upper primary students.The successful applicant will ideally need to be an enthusiastic, driven team player, who participates in whole school planning and curriculum development, contributing to our culture of sharing and collegiate support.The successful applicant should have solid Literacy and Numeracy curriculum knowledge and skills with a strong knowledge of Western Australia Curriculum.
