An amazing opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Liaison Officer to become part of the Client Liaison team. Your role will to be improve and coordinate the community and stakeholder engagement in response to an ongoing project. This is a temporary assignment until 30th June 2025.About the Role:
- Providing quality customer service to clients concerned by aerial operations, responding to enquiries, and accurately recording details on relevant databases.
- Providing operational and administrative support to ensure the timely delivery of aerial operations.
- Collate, record, monitor and edit client data using departmental system and applications.
- Use judgement and problem solving when skills when undertaking allocated task.
- Work autonomously on a rotation as both office and outdoor based officer as per operational requirements.
- You will have strong communication and engagement skills.
- You will have a proficient understanding of Excel and other office suite programs.
- You will have the ability to meet with a broad range of stakeholders, both via phone, telecommunications, and in person.
- You will have a C-Class drivers’ licence and be willing to travel for work.
- Required to work out of normal business hours as well as work weekends as operationally required.
- Knowledge of, or have worked in the aviation industry.
- Experience in an operations environment.

- $46.27 per hour + plus super
