AddressWe have a great opportunity for an experienced retail leader to become the Assistant Store Manager, and be part of leading the opening in a brand new store based in Caulfield!
The ideal candidate will be from a fast paced retail environment, dealing with large stock turnover and inventory control. You will be able to balance stock control, rostering, retail operations and lead a fast paced sales team.
For this role leadership is key- You must be a people focused, talented retail leader who is hands on with the team and can create and maintain a positive team culture.

Your primary objective will be:
- To work with your team in delivering sales and KPI objectives
- To provide an outstanding service offering while leaving and mentoring a passionate team
- Deliver on all key accountability areas
- Create a self sufficed retail team
You must be an experienced retail manager with at least one years' experience in retail management.
You must be able to work a flexible retail roster
