THE ROLE
We are recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager to join FRANKIE4's Camberwell Store!
The role of Assistant Store Manager will be helping our Store Manager lead the team in delivering a stand-out customer experience, which is something that FRANKIE4 pride ourselves on.
No two days will be the same, but they will always revolve around the ladies who come in to shop for their next pair of shoes (or pairs!), and being supported and involved with your team.
Our stores can get busy, so the ability to work within a fast-paced environment is great - we do this together, supporting each other.
More specifically, this role will be responsible for supporting & assisting the Store Manager with the store’s sales performance, people management & all daily operations, including:
- Supporting the training and development of new team members to ensure they understand and deliver our high standards of customer service
- Creating a positive and motivating culture within the team that inspires great performance and supporting all levels of team member performance
- Maintaining a premium level of cleanliness and presentation within a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Effectively analyse, understand and drive sales performance to deliver strong commercial outcomes
- Stock management, including ordering of stock, picking & packing online orders, whilst controlling inventory levels accurately & efficiently
- Thoroughly understand and support the Store Manager in all Loss Prevention matters and processes
- Assist the Store Manager with all operational needs of the store
- Embodying our brand pillars in everything you do & deliver within the store
