About the Role
Looking to grow your retail management skills and work part time? We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Sheridan Subiaco Boutique.
*This is a part-time, 24 hours, 4 days per week role.
- Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and targets.
- Drive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service.
- Coach your team through product knowledge, using your passion for selling.
- Maintain store operations including stock management and VM.
- Previous experience in people management, coaching and delivering feedback is ideal, however not necessary.
