About you;
You will enjoy leading by example in delivering quality end to end service while sharing the essence of the brand story & building on the clientele database.
You are able to connect with a people from different backgrounds and cultures. If you can speak another language, this is advantageous!
Responsibilities;
- Strong experience of retail sales and customer service
- Lead, recruit, motivate and coach individuals to develop the team culture
- Develop strategies to increase customer visits and optimise profitability
- Ability to perform in a fast pace and dynamic environment whilst having fun!
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Store Manager
