Qualifications & experience
- Real Estate License desirable. Previous experience in a similar role desirable. Strong administration and customer service skills a must.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Administration & customer service role assisting the Building Management team. Property inspections, signing in and signing out of keys to trades, being the first point of contact for all visitors to the office, reporting, invoicing, mail collection and sorting, updating office documents and data bases, ordering stationary, programming keys and fobs, booking meetings, functions and the loading dock, creating work orders, responding to emails, and ad hoc administration duties as required.
