The successful candidate will be vibrant and personable, present well and have impeccable attention to detail. He/She will be able to work autonomously as well as part of the team.
Duties will include:
- Answering the phone
- Processing quotes
- Data entry functions
- Report finalisation
- General administrative tasks
To be successful in this role the candidate should possess:
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Possess an excellent phone manner
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to provide customer satisfaction
- Excellent Computer skills - Microsoft Office
- A positive 'can-do' attitude and work well in a small team
