Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and motivate staff. Proven experience in a dealership environment, as an Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Consultant. Drive and self-motivation with a hunger to succeed financially by closing every deal. A track record of delivering results, exceeding targets, and continuously improving. Availability to work late every Wednesday and a half-day every Saturday. A valid WA driver's license and computer literacy.
