SalaryEast Freo's favorite Roof top bar Sweetwater is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join its already-established team to assist in the daily operations alongside our Venue Manager. Our beautiful venue is best known for its sweeping views of Freo & its great Asian-Inspired seasonal menu.
This is a fast-paced role and would suit a manager who would like to take the next step in their career! If you are passionate about customer service we want to hear from you!

Essential requirements:
- Minimum two years experience in a similar management role
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive restaurant & bar experience
- Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
- Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
- Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
- Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and communicated
- Current RSA & Unrestricted Managers License
- Experience using H&L, Ivy & Seven Rooms desirable
