Crown Perth's Theatre has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Theatre Venue Manager to join the team. The Assistant Theatre Venue Manager is responsible for general operations and day to day activities front of house, to ensure the successful delivery of shows, events, productions and external activations for clients, performers, crew, staff and patrons. The role is required to oversee multiple team’s front of house including Theatre Bars, Ushers and Stage Door as well as liaise with key stakeholders internal and external to Crown as well as being responsible for staff rosters. This position will report through to the Theatre Venue Manager as well as being the senior point of contact within the Front of House team.
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following:
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work outside of normal business hours
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience leading a large team
• Experience creating and managing a team roster.
• Ability to analyse problems, identify and implement appropriate solutions
Qualifications required:
• Approved Managers card
• Manual drivers licence (preferred)
