We are now on the hunt for an experienced, high-calibre Assistant Venue Manager to join our team and help shape the exciting future that lays ahead. This a fast-paced environment, with nuanced areas to master across two very different venues.
As an Assistant Venue Manager it’s up to you to drive our vision, lead and mentor staff, and thrive as a smooth operator in a fun and lively environment. As a key member of the management team you will set the standard, orchestrate the service style, and make your mark on the hospitality landscape.
Future team members will be aligned with our vision by demonstrating:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role or DM position
- An understanding of legal compliance & development of operational procedures to ensure operational efficiency
- Experience in beverage ordering & stock control
- Management of venue systems & facilities
- Service is at the heart of everything you do - ensuring all operations are in line for smooth service and a memorable guest experience
- A genuinely charismatic, energetic personality with a desire to succeed
- Ability to monitor employees for professionalism and presentation with performance management and mentoring as required
- A positive and respectful management style that will set the benchmark for a dynamic team
- Excellent communication, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability
- Must have a current WA RSA certificate, Approved Managers card and full Australian working rights
