One of Perth’s best venues has an exciting opportunity for someone to take on the role of Assistant Venue / Bar Manager.
The position will involve working within a close team environment and managing staff consisting of duty managers, bar staff, glassies, security, band members and DJ’s.
The successful applicant must have extensive experience in bar procedures and stock control and also be available weekends across both Friday and Saturday nights and Sundays.
Essential;
- Previous management experience in a bar, restaurant or club an advantage.
- Approved Manager qualification
- A good level of computer literacy
- The ability to order stock and work with our bar manager.
- Must have stocktaking experience.
- Familiar with operating POS System and Eftpos,
- Experience in setting up events with food & drink service.
- A desire to provide first class customer service and a positive work environment.
- Have a sound understanding of the Liquor Licensing Act and the Directors Policies.
This is a hands on role and requires a person who likes to keep busy and further their skills and experience in running a large entertainment venue.
A salary package of $80K to $90K is available depending on experience.
You must be an Australian citizen or have the right to work in Australia with a stable work history.
