About the role…
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of warehouse operations working Monday to Thursday 2:30pm – 10:30pm and Friday 12:00pm – 8:00pm. As the successful candidate, you will be collaborating closely with your supervisors and together you will deliver exceptional customer service and meet or exceed your KPIs. You will play an active role in ensuring safety, efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives are innate to the operation.

About you, skills and experience…
To be successful in this role you will need to be a driven individual with a strong sense of purpose and desire to accomplish and have :
- Experience as a senior supervisor with a firm understanding of cost triggers in a warehousing environment.
- Experience in managing Operational KPIs to ensure the teams meet or exceed targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Understanding of International containerised movement of freight.
- Sound understanding of OH&S practices within a warehouse environment.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience managing a fast-paced work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate teams, drive change, and deliver results.
- Outstanding people skills, including a genuine interest in developing people.
- Ability to provide effective leadership with a sense of purpose.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills.
- Demonstrated ability at interrogating data and reports for effective decision making.
