About the role
We have three full-time positions in the Council Works team, based at various locations across Eurobodalla.
Your main duties will include:
- Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of construction/maintenance tasks as well as supporting the supervisor, staff and contractors to successfully complete projects as a team.
- Physical labouring and other related construction/maintenance manual activities.
- Assisting in providing customer service to the public, other service providers and government departments relating to parks projects and enquiries.
Salary Information
Total remuneration for the role is in the range $2,624.25 to $3,070.12 gross per fortnight consisting of:
- $2,327.63 to $2,729.31 base salary
- $36.56 Adverse Working Conditions allowance
- $260.06 to $304.25 superannuation (calculated at 11%).
An offer of employment for this position is subject to medical clearance to verify that you are safely able to undertake the duties of the position.

About you
The ideal candidate will like being outdoors and doing their part in supporting work teams. Your great communication skills, practical thinking and ability to capably undertake and supervise work projects, will make you a standout. Please address the following in your application:
- Cert III qualifications (or if you’re keen and able to complete with Council’s help!).
- Relevant experience supervising teams and contractors and working in a construction/maintenance environment.
- Ability to ensure projects are safely carried out by the team.
