About the Role
As part of our Education Sector, you’ll partner with our national team of design leaders across independent and government school projects. Using your well-developed project leadership skills, people leadership skills and design and delivery excellence, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading projects and teams end to end or supporting a major package on a large complex project
- Partnering with leaders to understand client needs and develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Supporting the conversion of new project opportunities
- Managing delivery of approved technical and design document production
- Contributing to network development, employee mentoring, operational improvement and design review initiatives
- Keeping across the latest trends and research, incorporating innovative ideas into your work
- Role modelling the Architectus company culture and values
About You
We look forward to welcoming someone with the following:
- A minimum of 10 years local post-graduate experience, with prior experience on education sector projects highly regarded
- Sound design communication skills to convey design concepts through imagery and diagrams
- A passion for design and desire to contribute to the Architectus studio culture
- Proven ability to support business development initiatives including lead generation, client relationship management and proposal development
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards a common goal
- Proficiency in Revit and Adobe. Rhino, Grasshopper or Dynamo highly regarded
