As a Senior Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects, design teams, and coordinating with clients to meet project milestones, and ensuring that all deliverables align with project goals, budgets, and timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple architectural projects from DA through to construction documentation, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal team members to develop creative and innovative design solutions that meet client objectives and expectations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Conduct site visits, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and oversee construction administration to ensure project success.
- Contribute to business development efforts by participating in client meetings, preparing proposals, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on large scale and complex mixed use and residential projects.
- Excellent design, technical, and project management skills.
- Experience in leading and managing project teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Experience in ArchiCAD preferred but not essential.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
