Associate As Built Coordinator - TFN

Job Description:Under the Telstra Field Operations (TFO) contract, Downer will provide services including network asset relocations (ARCW), wideband business services (WB), facilities design and construction activities including Tele-power and building upgrades; and a continuation of the 5G mobile rollout. These activities will be delivered across New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and the Northern Territory.Due to increase work volumes we have roles available for Graduate As Built Coordinators, working on completions by supporting the as-built coordination process for telecommunication infrastructure projects. This is a permanent full-time opportunity preferable based our office in Derrimut VIC.We're open to applications from Graduates or entry level candidates who want to start their career in the Telecommunication industry at a Tier 1 company. You'll be part of a supportive team, receive on the job training and exposure to several parts of our telecommunication design and construction project.About the roleAs an Graduate As Built Coordinator you will work closely with senior members of the team to ensure accurate and timely completion of as-built documentation of completed construction activities including but not limited to, reviewing and validating field artefacts and the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders. Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee and manage the allocation of as-built tasks, ensuring a smooth workflow, timely and quality completion of documentation in line with project requirements
• Assist in the delivery of comprehensive as-built packs in coordination with design partners, ensuring that all construction changes and updates are accurately captured and documented
• Reviewing and validating field artefacts while collaborating closely with field technicians, and contractors to gather all relevant data required for the preparation of As Built documentation
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders, including internal teams, design partners, contractors, and field personnel.

About you

• Engineering or Telecommunications degree qualified desirable
• Well developed written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to working under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to learning and adapting to new methods, tools, and processes
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and SharePoint
• Previous work experience in the Telecommunication or Construction industry.
