Position Summary

Are you up for the challenge of developing and delivering the next generation of lightweight zero-emission ferries?
Incat’s Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and managing Incat’s Engineering function. This exciting role will be at the forefront of our battery powered and e-motor innovation.
This position will be required to plan and coordinate all vessel engineering works in accordance with Incat’s design specifications, DNV and vessel construction requirements. The Engineering Manager will have a focus on innovation and identifying improvements in quality and efficiency, resulting in effective solutions. This role will lead, coach, train and motivate the Engineering team to work cohesively, productively and safely.

Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in leadership and coordination in a manufacturing environment
- Well-developed knowledge of works planning, scheduling, and project management methodologies and practices
- Mechanical Engineering Degree
- Strong understanding of technical aspects of Mechanical Engineering
- Previous experience in a management position.
