We have an exciting NEW role to join our team as a Client Engagement Manager, in which you'll be the architect of client satisfaction, building rock-solid relationships and driving sky-high engagement.
What will you do?
- Identify and re-engage underutilized clients – think Client Engagement ninja!
- Develop and execute activation campaigns to boost service usage, solving any underlying roadblocks.
- Be a proactive problem solver – identify trends related to low service usage and craft strategies to keep clients thriving.
- Leverage data insights to propel results – your expertise will help us continuously improve our service and offerings.
- Regularly report on key metrics and trends to senior management, taking decisive action to maximize success.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to team members, helping them achieve outstanding performance.
- Contribute to the evolution of our onboarding and engagement strategies, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Be a forward thinker – engage in strategic planning to anticipate and address evolving client needs and market trends.
- You will have strong management skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- You are a communication superstar who builds rapport and consistently exceeds expectations.
