Associate - Commercial Law

Reporting and working closely with the esteemed Principal, you will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:  

• Taking charge of challenging and intricate commercial cases
• Crafting legal documents and orchestrating shareholders agreements
• Navigating IP agreements
• Providing advice on corporate governance, risk management and compliance matters
• Guiding and mentoring junior colleagues with your season expertise  

• Hold admission as a Solicitor in any Australian jurisdiction with an unrestricted practicing certificate
• 3+ years post admission experience in navigating the intricate pathways of Commercial Law
• An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple cases and deadlines with finesse
• High attention to detail, guaranteeing precision and accuracy in every case
