We are seeking a Junior Commercial Lawyer around 2 to 4 years PAE to be mentored by an ex-top-tier Lawyer who is technically strong and also has proven skills developing others.
This role will suit a candidate who has a foundation of skills in:
- commercial drafting;
- loan agreements;
- reviewing commercial contracts;
- shareholders agreements; and
- business sale agreements.
While the role will commence with the above work mix there is scoop for this new team member to be trained in M&A transactions and tax. Experience or interest in M&A and tax will be highly desirable.
Our client is a specialist firm with low turnover of staff. They are well-known for being an alternative to a national law firm that offers services in corporate & commercial, property, litigation & insolvency, tax and estate planning.
