AddressCommercial Lawyer 3-5 years PAE
You will have the opportunity to be involved in a diverse range of work including corporate transactions, private business, joint ventures, insolvency, business restructuring and succession, as well as general commercial contracting. You will work with a range of clients (including start-ups) across a wide range of sectors including mining, engineering, technology, health, finance, Not for Profits as well as the individual directors of many of these businesses. To succeed in this role, you will need to be willing to roll your sleeves up, get involved and be hungry to learn. In return, there is a genuine opportunity for this to be a client facing position. Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of post-admission experience specialising in corporate and commercial law.
Excellent knowledge of the Corporation Act.
Strong understanding of corporate transactions, including insolvency, mergers and acquisitions.
Demonstrated experience in representing both public and private companies.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with exceptional time management skills.
Excellent drafting, technical, and client management skills.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in written and verbal communication.
