- Voluntary Administrations
- Liquidations
- Simple and complex commercial agreements
- Voidable transactions
- ATO litigation
- Personal Bankruptcy
- Building disputes
- Professional Negligence claims
- Property disputes
- Commercial disputes
- 4-7 years of post-admission experience
- Proven expertise in Litigation/Insolvency/Recovery matters
