Our client is a boutique full-service law firm on the Gold Coast with the opportunity for an associate or Senior Associate to join their well-established Commercial Litigation practice. The firm has lawyers at different levels within the team enabling you to have access to peers on matters but also Partner and junior level support.
The role
In this role, you will work in the Commercial Litigation space on matters involving:
- Contract disputes
- Commercial disputes
- Building and construction disputes
- Property disputes
- IP Litigation
- Defamation
- Body corporate disputes.
About you
You will be a Commercial Litigation lawyer with strong attention to detail, communication skills and the ability to work well in teams. At least 4yrs PAE is required for the role.
