In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling and progressing complex Commercial Litigation and insolvency cases.
- Continuously nurturing and expanding client and referrer relationships.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
About You:
We are seeking a candidate with 3-6 years of post-admission experience in Commercial Litigation and insolvency. A background in commercial property would also be of benefit. You'll be an ideal fit for this role if you possess:
- The capability to independently manage various complex litigation matters.
- Experience in leading a team to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to forge enduring relationships with colleagues, clients, and referrers.
- Previous experience supervising and mentoring junior practitioners and support staff.
