We’re excited to welcome an Associate Consultant who will play a pivotal role in driving an exceptional client experience and ensuring quality of delivery of digital products and services to clients within the Assessment and Succession (A&S) solutions. In this role, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the client experience by ensuring the quality delivery of digital products and services. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining client relationships, driving profitable renewals, and supporting clients in training and implementing our solutions across the Digital Products Suite.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver high quality implementation and Digital Services work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
- Develop proficiency in Korn Ferry’s Intellectual Property as it relates to Talent products and services.
- Manages relationships with assigned clients during the delivery period of a product or service. Typical delivery period spans from weeks to over a year and requires collaboration with 2-4 stakeholders (both internal and external)
- Follows processes to increase client satisfaction amongst the assigned accounts. Take action to improve client satisfaction if necessary.
- Delivers products & services of various complexity to customers while following standardized protocols. Will be expected to be able to describe and enable clients with more complex applications of these products during client interactions.
- Is expected to be able to deliver presentations, workshops and client training around product and services.
- Maintains ongoing relationships with assigned customers and achieves high renewal rates and creates opportunities for yield by understanding client needs and requirements and using this knowledge proactively in collaboration with commercial colleagues.
- Responds in an appropriate and timely way to client needs.
- Navigates a wide variety of existing processes, procedures, and precedents to interpret data and identify possible answers
- Tracks and updates client information in customer relationship management systems
- Engage with manager regularly to discuss delivery activity levels, future meetings approach to be successful, and technical support needed to assist in delivery of projects
- Prepares presentations and clients reports
- Provides accurate forecasts on existing projects with timely status updates.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- English-language fluency to work with regional colleagues and global share services teams.
- Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing consultative roles, sales, business development, or account management.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally from a human resources, organizational psychology, or economics/management background.
