Movember is the leading Men’s Health Organisation and Charity changing the face of men’s health globally, tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. In our mission to stop men dying too young, we’re seeking an Associate Digital Product Manager to join our Movember Experience Team (MET) based in Australia.

About the role


You will be responsible for leading and supporting Digital Product management activities for Movember.com and Movember’s apps across the discovery, design, delivery and measurement phases, helping the team to achieve Movember’s revenue and men’s health impact goals.

The Associate, Digital Product Manager will work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders within the MET and across other teams and squads within the organisation such as Fundraising, Programs, Campaign teams and Technology to understand desired outcomes, requirements and constraints, and help to deliver solutions that provide value for our supporters, our beneficiaries and Movember.

The position reports to the Senior Product Manager – Movember.com and Apps.

Some responsibilities will be:  

  • Lead and support Digital Product management activity for Movember.com and Movember’s apps, ensuring quality of execution, consistent representation of brand, delivery on time and budget, and excellent stakeholder engagement.
  • Work collaboratively and iteratively with the Experience Design, Fundraising and Technology Teams to ensure we’re solving the right problems and discovering solutions that work for our supporters, our beneficiaries and for Movember.
  • Participate in agile delivery ceremonies, such as sprint planning to ensure that the delivery teams are delivering to core business objectives.
  • Undertake data collection and present for post-campaign analysis and ongoing product optimisation.
  • Deliver assessment and feedback for post-implementation review and as part of retrospectives and ongoing improvements to ways of working.
  • Collaborate with the Optimisation and Personalisation Lead to design and execute A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and improve product performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for product optimizations and enhancements aimed at improving user experience and driving income and impact business outcomes.
  • Work with Fundraising, Programs, Brand, Studio, Design, Technology and Campaign teams to ensure desired outcomes, requirements and constraints are accurately interpreted.
  • Work with digital disciplines to ensure best practice technical, design and creative guidelines are met.
  • Work closely with external agencies and brief in tasks or new statements of work when required.
  • Continuously monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance measures and ensure adherence throughout Digital Production.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize product development processes, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

For this role, you’ll need:

  • Ability to work collaboratively and consultatively with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Previous experience working in or with product management teams (across strategy, discovery, design, delivery and/or measurement phases).
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies.
  • Experience working in Agile teams.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Confident verbal and written communicator to stakeholders of varying level.
  • Works well under pressure and with deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • High degree of self-motivation and initiative

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in an NFP environment.
  • Understanding of digital channels (Social, eDM and Search) and current best practice.
