- Buranga Centre (Indigenous Services), Sunshine Coast Campus, Sippy Downs
- Level 10, $139,347 p.a., plus up to 17% employer superannuation
- Full-time, Ongoing opportunity
- Provide strategic leadership to the Buranga Centre, and develop and sustaining relationships with Indigenous communities, organisations, and governments to support strategic objectives.
- Prioritise adherence to policies concerning equal opportunity, risk management, workplace safety, and quality assurance.
- Oversee the allocation and management of resources, in accordance with strategic goals and legislative mandates, aligned to university standards and ISSP guidelines.
- Lead the development and implementation of programs aimed at enhancing Indigenous student outreach, enrolment, retention, and success.
- Community Leader: You are deeply connected to community and possess a strong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander needs and aspirations. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities, organisations, and governments will be invaluable in advancing our shared goals.
