This position is a diverse role and will cover aspects of: industry research, financial analysis, relationship management, reporting and project management.
Role Responsibilities
- Conducting industry peer research and benchmarking analysis to assess market positioning and performance metrics.
- Evaluating and preparing financial analyses for M&A transactions and other strategic initiatives.
- Leading due diligence processes and project managing cross-functional teams on key corporate projects.
- Supporting growth initiatives for listed platforms, including coordinating strategic market messaging and financial analysis.
- Building, managing, and updating integrated financial models based on strategic plans.
- Assisting in reporting, documenting, and communicating corporate strategy both internally and externally.
- Project managing responses to investor activity and coordinating investor relations efforts.
- Formulating and executing strategies to promote liquidity into listed platforms, including new capital raisings.
- Assisting with the management and analysis of investor bases and third-party providers.
- You will have an undergraduate degree Accounting/Commerce/Finance (or relevant area)
- 6+ years experience working in corporate finance, transaction services, M&A, or valuations.
- Displays a high degree of initiative, self-motivation, a capacity to work effectively under pressure in a team environment
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills coupled with strategic and commercial acumen.
- Posses excellent written and verbal communication skills
