As part of the Enterprise Delivery Office, the Associate Director of Enterprise Planning will drive and support the unified approach of planning activity through alignment, collaboration, prioritisation, execution, and outcome realisation across enterprise value streams. In this role you'll provide direction and clarity by developing and embedding planning processes, facilitating the Quarterly Planning process and supporting the strategic and value alignment process across Optus
Your day in the life of AD of Enterprise Planning at Optus
- Own the engagement into the quarterly process and methodology within a complex and matrix company environment.
- Streamline and promote collaboration and development of planning processes across the delivery operating model.
- Develop, document, communicate and embed measures of planning success to business partners, setting expectations as to the agreed process, understanding inputs, outcomes and timelines required.
- Be proactive in identifying, communicating and undertaking activities that improve Enterprise Planning and alignment to the delivery framework and methodology.
- Work with teams to support, collaborate and align on the delivery roadmap on a quarterly basis and provide visibility via the process to demonstrate outcome success.
Your skills to pay the bills
- Relevant professional qualifications Business, IT, or other aligned field, together with extensive work experience in a large and sophisticated work environment in a planning role.
- Project management and transformation skills acquired in a large company environment and extensive experience in an agile methodology.
- Strong Jira/Confluence and excel skills.
- Strong and effective leadership skills underpinned by well-developed presentation skills with the ability to present intricate information to a variety of audiences.
- Excellent business partner management and communication prowess.
